From frozen: Defrost product in refrigerator at +1°c to +5°c for approximately 24 hours. Keep refrigerated. Once defrosted use within 3 days. Hob: Remove all packaging and decant product into a pan, add a small amount of water if required. Re-heat on a medium heat until the required temperature is achieved. Microwave: Remove all packaging and decant product into a microwavable container, add a small amount of water if required. Heat on full power until the required temperature is achieved. Cooking times may vary. Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°c for 30 seconds or apply national standards
